Good Day,

I need to run a pax into Skyline Marina/Flounder Bay tomorrow when the tide will be +1.0. Can I get in there with a 5’ draft? I am not looking to push it, we could use the tender.

Thanks for any help.

Skyline Marina should be fine but check your charts and depth sounder.

I checked Flounder Bay on Navionics, and the depths were just listed as “1-12 feet.” There are private docks around the perimeter of Flounder Bay though ....

Skyline can take some large vessels. I've been in and out many times on a research vessel and we never had any concerns about the state of the tide.

Received this on another channel. Thanks to those who reviewed/replied.

Skyline Marina - Good bottom depth 10 to 12 feet at 0' tide.
The entrance just south of the marked entrance pilings will run a good current especially on the ebb. Be ready to take out the crab at about the first entrance pilings.

You’re good to go.

But you’d probably be too intimate w the bottom in the south entrance to the Swinomish Channel on a minus tide.

Welcome to the neighborhood.
