Dish will give you the local channels base off your billing address.

No sir, Dish will deliver local channels based on the location of the boat. If the boat moves out of the service area for a particular local channels group, those local channels will disappear. Dish has an app. In about two minutes local channels can be restored to the new service area. The app works off the GPS of whatever mobile device that is being used. I once tried fooling the app by using a GPS spoofer in an attempt to get a local channels group outside of my present service area. Didn't work.

Dish most definitely offers local channels, East Coast, West Coast, anywhere.
