Our 1990 Ocean Alexander has black paint on metal and fiberglass trim around all of the windows/windscreen, and on a wide stripe down the side (see photo). I'm planning to respray these areas as the paint has faded. I'm looking for best guesses as to the type of original paint that was likely used by the factory. I'm wanting to use a two part (catalyzed) urethane because of it's UV holdout characteristic. But I'm concerned about it lifting the old paint if it's not a hardened product like Imron, for example. Any guesses? (I don't want to go through the extra step of an epoxy sealer coat). Thanks
