Removing sliding pilot house doors

I need to refinish the wood pilot house sliding doors, would like to remove them while doing this, trying to get them out without taking a sledge hammer to them.....suggestions please!!!

Usually you can remove the track and the door follows.

Picture? Without knowing what your boat looks like, and your doors, we are only guessing.
Mine lift out.

We got them out, slowly prying them from one end to the other. Very tight fit, but mission accomplished.
