Survey recommendations in SF Bay Area for 1980s CHB's

Hi there,

I'm currently hunting for the right 34-35' 1980s Taiwanese Trawler in the San Francisco Bay Area and since quite a few of them come with a lot of hidden projects such as leaking teak, water damage to internal plywood, and rusting/leaking fuel tanks etc, I'm hoping to find a local surveyor that knows these older trawlers like the back of his/her hand.

Does anyone have any good recommendations?
