On my 1982 41' President I have a leaky ceiling into my main salon. I have rebedded all of the screws from the seats and tables, or so I thought.
Today it rained and drip, drip, drip.....
My last resort is to rebed the engine access panel on the flybridge floor.
For those of you that dont know it, President Marine placed a 4' x 5' removable panel in the flybridge floor for engine extraction through the salon ceiling.
Has anybody removed this panel ? I was going to router out the packing - sealing material on the perimeter and then remove the screws. Any thoughts before I begin ??
