Re & re cockpit door hatch cover

The hatch over the cockpit door on Invictus, our NT32, has sprung a few leaks. I want to replace the plastic but am not sure what type is used here. Where can I get a piece? Can anyone help? Also, what is the best sealant to use for plastic to wood?
