I am just warning others to be careful who they deal with .. I had bought a dometic replacement cooling unit and it did not work set it back and after a year still waiting for a refund....

Don't want to hijack the thread, but I'd caution against using a BBB rating as an indicator of reliability. BBB will insure a member's ratings are good if their membership is kept in a higher tier. This involves a higher cost of membership. BBB has no regulatory power, they put on a good marketing front, but membership isn't merit-based in the least, and they'll intimidate businesses with the threat of bad ratings if they don't "take advantage" of the benefits of membership. Not trustworthy.
