I need to replace some missing teak deck "pulls". Originals are not available and I can't find any the exact size. I've found some I would like to use but don't know how to fill in the cut-out.
Any ideas?

I think if you try hard enough you can find that size.

That said, it's far easier to make a hole bigger than it is to make one smaller. If you can't find the exact size, try to find ones larger than the hole and just chisel the hole to fit the new pulls.

How to fill the cutout? - Get some matching wood, cut it to the size you need, cut the ends to 45 degrees (miter) and glue them in. Pretty much a picture frame around the pulls.

That is going to be a difficult job to make it look good.
What are the dimensions of the cut out for the old lift?
I'll do a little research, but it does look pretty big.

Find some hard wood like teak or similar wood.
Cut little pieces to infill and glue them into the missing area around the pull.
Sand smooth.
