I need a reputable surveyor in Blaine Wa. or near by. I also need a yard that can pull the boat. I would prefer a yard that I could do some work myself.

A great buyer's surveyor in that area is Mike McGlenn out of Bellingham. He will know details for best pull out spot etc.

I'll second what Pete said. Matt Harris is one of the best surveyors on the West Coast (I flew him down to San Francisco to survey my boat during the purchase). Bellingham is also very close to Blaine.
