Atlas Boat Works Acadia 25

I am looking for any information on the Acadia 25. One is for sale locally, has most of what I want, and could be the exact answer for my needs.

A friend of mine just sold his after putting 2300 hours on her. The only problem he had was the steering cable getting rusty via the rudder post. The Yanmar turbo would stick sometimes, but an easy push from the fresh air side took care of that. They are made in Cape Coral by Tom who is a very honest, helpful and standup guy.
