Well it looks like we are going to move onto the boat sooner than originally thought.

We are going to open an office nearby and move it out of the house to attract more agents.

We spend about 5 nights a week here now so I don't think the transition is going to be that difficult.

And we are going to start looking for a trawler to replace the Cruisers.

Thanks. We hang out here most of the time and it's hard to go back to the house.

If it doesn't work, a condo it is.
