:banghead: Well after two years of having problems with our Vacuflush and assorted plumbing, of which we had trouble at pump out stations and with
overboard discharge, which was very seldom, We found the culprit. The deck
fitting for the pump outs at one time had a chain attached to the cap. but
the chain is long gone but there was a 1/4 " hole where it was attached which caused a significant air leak to the entire system. A little J.B. Weld fixed this
and the whole system is finally operating as it was meant too.
Hope this helps other TFers out there.

Stay safe Will

Congrats!!!

I appreciate when folks post the diagnosis and solutions to problems.

Chain fastner hole. Go figure. Lol.

Be well and stay safe

:facepalm:Alisske, Yes Go figure, why would you put a chain and fixture into a pipe fitting that is meant to have discharge hose fittings put in it.

Thanks for the vote of confidence

Probably the factory did not have the other version without the chain option. The form, fit and function are the same when the chain is disconnected.
I is great that you were able to find the leak!
