When using AC shore power via a Honda 2000 the reversed polarity light blinks ONLY when I turn on the battery charger, no other AC appliances cause the polarity light to come on. Would a defective charger cause this? What/where should I be looking for cause and remedy.

The ID plate on Velvet Drive is worn and gear ratio isn't clear. Perkins T 6.354 provides power with 4 blade prop. I'm certain it's 71/72 series Velvet Drive but not certain of gear ratio . David

I changed the CAV filter set up on Perkin 6.354 to spin on. I have been using Donaldson P551039 which is water separator 15 microns cause I have not found a 2 micron filter. I have crossed referenced with no results. What are other folks using on Perkins ? Suggestions? David

A 25 gal holding tank with a 1/2 vent was added this winter has winter to our 1980 Mainship 34 MK1 . Would a "T" fitting placed in line on vent line connected to separate thru hull vents create more air flow? What do yah think? thanks David
