    Turbos How can I confirm my turbos are operating No boost gauges. It would seem unlikely both turbos are not working No oil leaks or broken hoses filters look good If I push the throttles full forward the rpm climb is very slow

    High voltage I spent to much time looking in the wrong area. I found a ground wire of a battery isolator so connected it to the starting battery and voltage dropped below 14 so I hope that is what was causing the issue Would a battery isolator ground cause an overcharge?
