Raising the arm May work for the 1600 but not the 800. The only way to get to the fittings I see involves removing bolts securing the hydraulic ram and spreading it open.

I'd look under the sink to see if a previous owner installed a separate water filter just for the sink faucet. If so, it's probably clogged. mine has one from previous owner.

I replaced mine with a Force 10 about a year ago. Only minor adjustment required on cabinetry. Be aware the units will not fit out/in the doors. You have to go out/in the window.
