    Replacing Bennett trim tabs.

    I have a couple tubes of 3M 4200, but Bennett instructs the use of 5200 on their installation video. The tabs were installed new in '92 But I'm not sure what was used. The ones that are there, are worn out now. Will 4200 work? Either is a trick to get in CA. What do you guys think?

    Engine in, still doesn't run yet.

    Well, we got one engine rebuilt and ready to start. Only problem, can't get it to start. Got spark, Rebuilt carbs, and got a new Edelbrock. Going to try that next.

    Gas vent pipe or check valve?

    I have a rebuilt engine ready to run. One problem... I get no fuel from my fuel tank. I added 15 gallons to it, and I'm at the tank discharge hose, to the fuel filter. No gas comes out. I blow back through the hose with compressed air, and I can hear it bubbling in the tank. I do not know where...

    Engine rotation

    Does anyone know whether my starboard engine is counter rotating? I doesn’t run and I can’t find a number that confirms it. 1990 Cooper Prowler 10 meter 7.4L twin Mercruisers.

    I’ve posted of this long ago, but now I am closer. I have a Cooper Prowler that needs new power. It currently has two 7.4 Mercruisers but I’m going to rebuild or replace. I’m considering Crusaders instead of Mercruiser. Thoughts?
