Does anyone know of any insurance companies, foreign or domestic, that insurers boats in the Caribbean?

Can anyone please tell me what the hull composition is for a 44' Tollycraft? Also, what is the approximate burn rate (GPH) for the same boat with twin diesels at approx 7 kts? An approximation would be helpful. Thank you
