I have the 5.9l 330 and has 2 on the aftercooler for zincs. I believe the 430 is very similar. Sbmar.com, Seaboard Marine, is very helpful.

Bronze propellers will absorb a lot of shock from a propeller strike. Stainless propeller would be a different story but rarely see that on recreational boats.

I was able to program my MMSI into the ICOM 500 I purchased last year. I did get the MMSI through BOATUS. I’ll regret that because I do plan on going foreign one day. I guess I’ll have to send it back to the factory to get it reprogrammed when I get a FCC license.

Mine is documented. I kept it documented. Hope to go foreign one day. I believe it needs to be to go to some countries.
