Looking at a 1972 65 foot wooden Romsdahl

Heresy, perhaps, but I’d place her on the right plot of land, in a well draining sub-grade cradle to waterline, with drain rock, drain lines, sump pump (or daylight out drain, if on a hill slope) and enjoy her as a a liveaboard.

    Nordlund

Anybody members own, or personally know of, a Nordlund under approx 65'? Chris

    Interesting boats

Ugly? K, I agree sorta. I mean, I almost renamed her "Pugnacious". Oh, and blame Ed Monk (da designer).

    Interesting boats

I posted this elsewhere some weeks back: 1990 Sunnfjord 32 "Whaleback" albeit fully customized at the factory as compared to standard Whaleback. She's a taller small pilothouse with lower aft cabin and ... the smokestack (housing a steep staircase up to pilothouse). Powered by original 210 Cummins.

    any Sunnfjord owners out there?

Eek, make that a Cummins 210 (I run an excavator so had Cat, etc, on the brain).

    Built in '91 (Tacoma, WA), a 13' beam, and a 210 Cat.

    any Sunnfjord owners out there?

One of the more interesting things is the ladder installed inside the "smokestack".

    any Sunnfjord owners out there?

I own a Sunnfjord 32 trawler / troller - built for recreation / cruising (not a fishing boat, which most of them have been set up to be). Looking to connect with other Sunnfjord owners. Chris
