Hi everyone,
I finally repiared my raritan crown head by buying a new impellar and pump assembly. My question is simple. What do real trawler owners use for the raritan resrvoir. I hear some folks dont use it at all. What about just diluted bleach?
Look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Fellow marine trader owners, I need your expertise.
I have a 38 Marine trader sundeck model. All the outlets in the boat have the 110 outlet on top and the 12v outlet on the bottom. They look like a coventional home outlet. The switch on the 12 main panel allows the bottom plug to be inactive so...

Good morning fellow trawlers!
This week we hauled our Marine Trader 38 out for the winter. The starboard engine delphi fuel injection pump has a leak at the throttle linkage.
Has anyone on this thread removed a similar pump?
I have purchased the fuel pump gear puller and special 13 mm wrench. My...

We are going to try towing this weekend. I have prepared a tow bridle and make all the necessary adjustments. I will post an update with photos of the adventure.
Good morning,
I am seeking input on towing a 13' whaler as our dinghy. I have a 10' rib we lift on the stern davits but wanted to tow a 13 whaler. I am concerned about towing it. Do any fellow trawlers tow a 13' whaler or similar?
I do not have a crane on my trawler and just have a concern about...

I did a 40 mile run and opened the sight glass valves to gauge...
Good morning, I have undertaken the project of removing an old 2 inch wide adhesive pin stripe around our sundeck sides. I have been using the heat gun to remove it. I still have the top of the sundeck overhead to complete
