I have my first boat without generator. Have 4 8-D. Batteries, two for house and two for starting and bow thruster. How often do you start engine to charge battery, and what voltage should I start engine and charge batteries?? Help

I put a electric pump from tank to filters, can hit switch and prime filters and pump, works every time. On switch that I just turn off , fuel flowers to engine just fine

Thanks for all the good info, I talked to the lewmar tech and he said my 150 breaker was toooo small to replace with 250. So I did thruster has not failed, I am staying to the 15 to 20 sec burst which seems good!! Hanks again to all

What is proper procedure to navigate with single screw? I have bow thruster, but only about 10 sec and breaker trips ! I just want to know of any tricks other than slow is my friend!!

inverter use how does it work? do you need to run main engine to charge batteries? how long can you stay on hook without generator?

Building a new back to back bench for my 36 universial trawler, don't know how high to make back rest. don't want it higher than dash or side rail. Any one know the standard height. boat is in NW and I am in Az so don't want to finish until I know height? any help
