Well folks, I finally found a trawler I like, (it took a while to get over sailing.) I found a 1982 Mainship 30' because i don't want anything too big. It appears to be in fine shape. Anything I should be looking for other that the usual? Does 20k sound fair? Any tips would be appreciated...

Thanks for the idea. Do moisture meters work in the rain? Or if the deck is wet? I think tapping with a plastic hammer is good because materials can be soft or deteriorated from previous moisture intrusion, but currently dry.
