Seawolf windlass wired to raise anchor only. When the foot pedal is activated all I get is a clicking noise. Removed the solenoid and cleaned the contacts but still get nothing but clicking. Not much of an electrician but are there other troubleshooting ideas?

We are considering a trip from Tampa Bay to the DT. Sailed it before but never taken a trawler there. We were planning on spending time around the 10,000 Islands and then hopping to the DTs at the end of April, beginning of May. We would appreciate any feedback.
