    Hat Island Property

    The last time I spent New Years Eve on a boat was 1979 and it was on a little dock at Hat Island. They were just starting to sell lots there and claming was very good. I really don't think that prices were that much different 30 years ago. Now I live 3500 miles away and this is got me thingking.
