Anyone have this book on marine electrics?

Anyone have this book and is it worth purchasing?I already have a couple of books on marine wiring and electrical.I'm looking for something dealing more with new electronic systems than how to wire them up.

Book

I havn't seen that one before. Hard to evaluate the level that it is at with out having it in your hand. Make sure you can return it if it doesn't meet your needs.

If it's geared towards electronics...I would say no as manufactrers provide quite the troubleshooting info unless the book tells you how to open the cases and work on the internal parts.

for generic dc/ac systems...any reference book can usually be of some assistance.

I bought it hoping for in-depth electronics coverage. It's got good coverage of electrical systems, both AC and DC, but I found it light on the electronics.

There are 4 reviews you can read. 75% positive, but the not so positive one brings up that the information in the book can be had anywhere including from the manufacturer of the equipment your looking for.
