I anchored out a bit SW of Ft. McHenry for the airshow on Saturday. Never in my life have I seen so many boats in one area. Very impressive.
Most interesting - the pontoon boat with the sliding board, tiki bar fringe and party lights.
Funniest - the go-fast boats with key-chain ornament size ground tackle that just couldn't set an anchor. Often someone would have mercy and allow them to raft up after watching a dozen attempts to set & reset the anchor.
Most foolish - the go-fast boats, again. When the show was over some of these guys lit 'em up and took off at max speed. It was amazing that no one was hurt.
Prettiest - the Pride of Baltimore sailing back and forth under the Key Bridge under topsail & jib.
Oh, yeah - the airshow was pretty good, too!
