May 26, 2012. 7:00 p.m. South Shore Harbour marina, pier 15, slip 39. This is our annual party to keep the hurricanes away! BYOB, chairs and snacks if you like. Jerry Diaz will be playing live, and who knows who else will show up. Dennis Davis played last year, and Ben Reyna and Bud Byram have also played in the past. Come on out, have fun, and help send those hurricanes somewhere else!

That sure looks like a lot of fun! Not to mention the fact that you have some great people attending, that to meet, would be worth the time and money to travel all the way from San Diego!

Only tomorrow. I'm leaving for New Orleans Friday. Bummer, but I think I'll have some fun in the French Quarter.

Is this a recon trip to refine your bead worthy skills for your hurricane party?
 
Actually I have a trade show there starting Monday. I just decided to fly up on the company dime Friday and spend the weekend. Then it turned out my high school graduating class has a trip at the same time, so that should be fun!
 
CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wont be home that week. Would love to get to meet some of the members here. I'll bet some are even neighbors I haven't met yet in Waterford Harbor Marina.
