I wonder if they broadcast AIS?
That is similar to the Wave Rider but easier to see compared to the Wave Rider. At least they have the big red wing sail and the Wave Rider looks like a big surfboard.
If they broadcast AIS, it would be possible to avoid them (perhaps).
 
There's something fishy going on with those things.
 
I am surprised the USCG has not found the Colombian building their own "longboard" similar to WaveRider, with a cargo compartment for marching powder. Perhaps they have and have not been caught yet.
