We are just now researching new mattresses of toppers ourselves, but I'll have to get our my notes...
In the meantime, Gioia Sails was maybe the OEM supplier for your soft goods, and they may have templates.

for anyone thinking of replacing Mainship 350 1999
we got a quote for 200 Pounds for soft foam with a cover with a zip for 75 pounds
they also took old mattress as a template
Old mattress had over 8 inch thick and build in springs new one is only 5 inch thick no springs so there should be more head space in the fore cabin.

Memory foam is getting cheaper all the time. Home delivery through Amazon or many others is cheap or free. Buy one bigger than what you need and trace the outline of the desired shape with a sharpie. Even thick memory foam cuts like butter with an electric filet knife, even odd shapes and curves.

We've found foam to be kind of hot... We're looking at ways to cool it down...

We replaced the mattress in our aft cabin with a 8” memory foam and added a 2” memory foam topper. It is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had. If they made the same mattress in Cal King size we would have it on our bed at home also.
