Yup, that's a Garhauer Lifting Davit. Have one on my boat and love it.
The folks at Garhauer are great for product support and improvement. I pitched an idea for the lower pivot mount that looks like a trailer hitch ball. When the original ball was unscrewed from the mounting base, it left a threaded bolt protruding from the mounted base. I suggested that the bolt could be permanently mounted in the ball so it is removed when the ball is stowed.
They immediately agreed and sent me a new ball built as requested at no charge.
When the mount ball disappeared mysteriously onboard, they promptly sent me a replacement at a very reasonable price.
Good company, good products.
