Help identify this fitting

Rummaging through old box of leftovers from boat construction and ran across two of these. Anybody know their intended use? The washer on the horizontal section, and the nut, actually cannot be removed, so I assume the interior nut is to lock down whatever is threaded onto that end. Thanks.

Looks like a fuel tank anti syphon valve?

It's a hydraulic fitting. The end with the nut is an ORB fitting, missing the o-ring. And the cone end appears to be JIC-37. Both are very common hydraulic fittings.

See the attached guide which I find very useful for identifying such fittings.

My first thought is that is a fitting for a Racor filter. They use that straight thread with an o-ring. Pretty common on boats.

Agree Racor filter inlet and outlet fittings. They were probably the wrong size and had to use different ones.

I usually see this fittings on a valve body for hydraulics. The side with the nut is a "ORB MALE" mostly goes into a machined block like a raccor and the cones side is a I believe its call a "JIC" in gonna guess for a 3/8" hose. Seen them a lot with all the hydrolic work I've done through the years.
