Hydraulic steering hose, where to find?

I would like to replace my hoses between rudder cylinder and the copper lines and looks like these are the only one that would fit. I went to an hydraulic shop with the cylinder in hands and they were not able to find any fitting that would fit on the cylinder. Apparently it is a 3/8 compression fitting.
