installed a SeaWatch 3015 marine TV antenna and get no signal to the TV. Any ideas out there?

12VDC Power on to amplifier?
You need to do a TV setup. Make sure you are set to ANTENNA first then do a channel search.

We have always been on ANTENNA. We ran the TV sets through "channel memory" numerous times with no results. I had to use two splices to run the coax down to the salon as the 20' of coax that came with the antenna was way to short. I'm thinking of taking a TV set up to the flybridge and hooking it up to the end of the 20' coax to see if it works.

Disconnect the new joints and test for continuity between the center conductor and the shield...there should be none.
Is the coax hardwired into the antenna, if it is then the continuity test will not work. If it isn't disconnect from the antenna and preform the center conductor/shield continuity test.
