Completing "Operation Swim Deck Rebuild" for Mainship 40 DC. A little concern with being slippery but teak trim really dresses her up. Thoughts on teak oil vs. Sickens? IMG_0291.jpg

You can add some "sand" into the Sikkens and it will be non skid. My teak platform is done that way.

I'd(I) use Semco Natural for all exterior teak... Looks great and very easy to apply and maintain.

Nice work -it looks sharp
I would do as Jay recommends - add clean white sand to what ever you finish with.
Oil is a never ending job!

I am recaulking and refinishing my teak sundeck now. What a PITA. I am going to use Semco oli on the teak but I am in Michigan so the boat is indoors half the year. Hopefully I will just have to oil it once a year or so.

Nice job, almost makes me sorry I have a double ender.

Nice job. Good way to keep the blood flowing while dealing with those minus 15 temps the other day in the Great Lakes region!
