Fix wiper blade arm with ss set screw

I think they should all be like this from factory for a boat.
The wiper motors that use this push on design corrode and or wear the little splines, even a new blade did not fix the problem. I had prior done the other 2 wiper arms and now this new blade has gotten loose on the motor shaft.

Using a set screw also allows for easy positioning. The other two I did years ago, have never gotten loose again. And of course put in some marine grease.

SS set screw is 1/4 by 1/4-28 fine thread.
