I'm late to the game on this but what was your outcome? We had Sub Zero in our NYC condo and repairs could not have been more expensive... and that was on land.

This was in the house as well. The whole freezer side had to be dismantled, motors etc replaced. $3300 total.
A new 48" fridge freezer would have been less expensive!

Yep, ours was about $3500 as well. Must be their magic number.
