Just looking for a cheap dinghy to get us started. I don’t want to overpay for something used if I can just buy a new one for a couple hundred more.

West has that dink on sale for $479 thru the 19th, google it!
 
It is a ru250 that is on sale, sorry.
 
If you need a dinghy and want to save some cash then yes.

I see them for around $200-300 regularly.
