Remove paint splatter from teal deck

while painting with white oil based paint I dripped some on my unfinished teal deck. Any removal ideas besides a wire brush?
 
I have used Blue Bear soy gel paint remover on a painted border done by po on our teak deck. Follow the directions, it may take two applications.
