I have a lot of GPS marks in Bahamas that need verifying

Looking for some adventurous types already headed to the islands in their own boats that want to explore. Several of my friends and I have found a number of previously undived blue holes, but there are hundreds left to study.

If anyone who can snorkel or dive can help out, that would be great. The following general areas are of special interest:


SW Grand Bahama
West side of Great Abaco, on bank side.
Water Cay, West side
Ragged Island, from Nurse Cay to Little Ragged
Acklins; bank side near Snug Corner
Conception Island, N side
Rock Sound Eleuthera

These of interest are all accessible by boat, and are in fairly shallow water. Most have been targeted by air or satellite, but have not been explored. Many of these should result in some fish bounty too.
Reply or PM, and I will provide GPS, with the hopes that you can verify the existence, or tell me it was only a grass patch!

There is a chance that I will be in the Bight Of Abaco (West side of Great Abaco) in July. I'll take blue hole numbers there if you have them.


We just freedive, so anything deeper than about 65' we can't look at.

Shoot me the numbers and I'll verify what I can.

I'm headed over July 5th and will be pulling a 16' skiff to explore with.
