I've always considered them a sort of sister ship to the Hatteras of the same vintage, both being Hargrave designs and the similarities are very obvious. Nice boats.

Congrats on the new boat and welcome aboard.
We have the little sister to yours and love her. Our is a 37' 1988, so if yours is on the same vintage probably similar fit and finish. I've seen the '44 but not familiar with the '47.
Just down the coast from you also - so if your cruising plans head a little further south let us know.

She’s a 1986 with 6v-671T. So far we’re very happy liveaboards.
