Anyone have or had experience with these 2 products that they produce; DMK Box and/or DMK Analog Engine Monitor (converts analog engine signals and tach to NEMA 2000)?

Looking at upgrade options on old engines reads to new digital reads.

Thanks!

Do you know if this unit will sync up with a Garmin Chart Recorder through A NEMA 2000 connection? Thanks-

I can tell you from my experience, the Chetco is painful. Every time you call support you fell like you are bugging them. (This info is 3 years old). I bought 2 screens, digital controls for 12v and 120v, plus engine data (analog to NMEA) and scrapped the whole thing and went to a PLC.

Weird. Out of character but who knows if that's now cultural or a bad employee. First I've heard of an unhappy customer. It's such a small market it would be hard to survive if your experience is normal. Be interesting to get a bigger sample.

It was the owner I was dealing with. Not just me, I had an marine electrician helping me and it was the same experience for him.
