Online the Waterway Guide shows a "Caicos Bank" anchorage to the south east of French Cay. I can find no information about this anchorage and don't have access to a printed copy of their Bahamas guide. The sole information on line is that it is a better overnight stop then French Cay which is very rolly.

Anyone have any information on this anchorage including anything written in the printed copy of the guide? While it would be in the Bahamas Guide the Caicos Bank anchorage is in the Turk and Caicos.

I haven't myself been there, but Navionics charts shows some deep water between French Cay and the "Sanctuary", which seems to mean a coral reef area. This is E/SE of French. The "official" anchorages are shown as on the North end of French and the W side of French. There may be some tidal current just E of French, but otherwise looks good to me (from the charts).
