I've mentioned in various anchoring/anchor test threads here that we've been using SuperMAX anchors... probably for about the last 15 years or so, now... and we've been very pleased with their performance in the Chesapeake mud.
Easy to set, presumably positive reset on tide reversals (can't tell if they even ever move), have never dragged, adjustable for various holding ground substrate... may even have been the first of the current spate of "NewGen" anchors!
