You might want to try a straight 30 or 40 weight Rotella T if you are not already doing so. Multi weight oils tend to foam more so then straight weight.
 
Rotella T1 *is* a straight grade - either 10, 30, 40 or 50.

I'm certainly no expert but I do like to do research. A quick check of the Rotella site lists several transmission qualifications for T1.

Make sure it is not overfull. Also, some foaming is normal, especially before it gets up to normal tem0p.
