This wasn't a very popular design. I happen to like the center cockpit,aft cabin arrangement (Albin 25/27) but most don't. If it works for you, you have many of these boats and can probably make a favorable deal.

no I don't have a picture of it but I saw it on Yachtworld. No affiliation.
Just checked YW, the Jax boat is no longer listed. It was owned by an 80 yo gentleman that brought it from Maine on its own bottom. There is a nice looking one in Punta Gorda fl with no flybridge (the way I like them) for $29,000 asking price.
