Stabilizing sails would work on almost any boat to reduce roll.
That's the short answer, but it's not that simple.
The problem is that most power boats don't have the masts and standing rigging (or the structure) to support the sails required to significantly stabilize roll. Having a flybridge makes it even more difficult. It can be done, but in most cases it doesn't make financial sense to retrofit a power boat. You'd be better off buying something with sails, rather than adding them.
I didn't buy a boat with sails because I wanted to sail, (although it is a bonus); I searched for a boat that is stable in rough water, and I couldn't afford a Nordhavn with active fin stabilzation.
