Hello
Im an expat brit currently living in az,but will be working for three months in md during 2017,I have been interested in Trawlers as they seam to be best long term liveaboard ,and as a total newbie Im open to learn all I can .Bob

Greetings,
Welcome aboard. Initially, rather than a/the boat, research the live aboard "lifestyle". Do you have any experience either boating or living aboard?

Welcome! Whereabouts in MD? Were you thinking you'd like to explore the lifestyle while in MD or something else?

So, are you looking for something for just three months or what?

Read books from folks that have done it ,

not magazines attempting to sell boats for their advertisers

Some links I have used in my research. Some of these are sailboat, some power, and some RV - all have that minimalist concept in common. You have to decide what works for you and your abilities.

Best of luck in your journey.
