I couldn't find a thread of cruising photos but thought it might be cool to look at shots from recent or past cruises.

I'm anchored out on the beautiful Redneck Riviera near Rockport Tx.

We claim that title down here as well, but it's not quite as beautiful. [emoji23]

Ha! Rednecks everywhere! That's cool.

[/ATTACH]We who cruise on the beautiful Great Lakes have to suffer anchorages like this.

Anchored at Prideaux Haven in Desolation Sound. That boat leaving is Alaskan Sea Duction.

image.jpgThe real purpose of a swim grid that goes up and down. We elder cruisers are the reason for this wonderful mechanical device.

Moonstruck cruising onto the Little Bahama Bank at 25 knots. Can you see the color change at the horizon? Enlarge the picture to the max. When the sun is right the water colors coming onto the banks are spectacular.

Pix of Stout at Chatterbox Falls summer 2016

Couple of shots while at Chatterbox Falls in B.C. The day we arrived it was in the upper 80's, when we left 2 days later, 50 and rain. Normal NW weather

Okay...last ones for a while.

Escape from the southernmost basin in Betteridge Inlet, Campania Island, north coast BC, Canada. Had to leave on the high tide at 3:50 am because an approaching storm would of had us trapped for days. First photo is leaving. Second photo shows the end of the tricky bits. Very tight, twisting, and shallow...thank you Navionoics!!!

Northern San Francisco Bay:

Angel Island at "14 o'clock" and Yerba Buena (good herb) Island at "12 o'clock, transiting Raccoon Strait after leaving Sausalito for home-port Vallejo. Meanwhile, yours truly is thankful for high gunwales, sturdy railings, and generous deck.

EE-FREAKING-GAD that's clear water!!!

No way ever, no how, is the water where I live ever going to get that clear. Looks like a watermaker would come in handy there. Here we just stop and fill water jugs at any one of a gazillion creeks.
