Hey Champ. There is a driveline company in Portland OR that also make boat shafts, I believe. Driveline Service Of Portland OR 800-227-8608. As far as the other parts, my best guess would be a boat shop. When I bought ASD, the cutlass bearings had to be replaced and they found a place in San Diego. PM if you need additional information. I have a 1988 Camargue Yacht Fisher.
